The fit is perfect for training. It’s fitted around the upper body but still has enough room through the torso to move comfortably. The fabric feels smooth and lightweight and doesn’t feel heavy once you start sweating. I’ve used it for several workouts now and it’s held up really well. Looks clean enough to wear outside the gym too, which makes it even better.
